Meditation - it's not what you think!

The pace of modern life is relentless! The time we live in has been likened to the Renaissance and Enlightenment for the speed and groundbreaking nature of change - think -internet/printing press - explorers/globalization. Life can be simply overwhelming at times.

 

Yet despite all this progress we still have the same mind!  I believe Meditation gives us the tools to  best equip ourselves to reduce stress and also increase mental performance and creativity. I like to compare the mind to a musical instrument. The best orchestral players tune their instruments every time they play. So why not  fine tune your mind !

 

I  teach a mindfulness based breath meditation and have benefitted hugley from this practice over the years. My introduction to meditation workshops have proved very popular in studios and companies .
