Stephen gives fantastic classes. He was our lead yoga teacher on one of our detox retreats in 2022 giving 2 classes a day to 20 guests over 6 days and the guests particularly enjoyed the deep relaxation mediation and yin classes in the early evening and the flowing stretches in the morning.
We will be calling him back for 2022!
